Dr. Alvarez-Cruz, a dedicated and compassionate physician, is fluent in both English and Spanish. Born and raised in Guayaquil, Ecuador, she brings a rich cultural background to her practice. Dr. Alvarez-Cruz is proudly dual Board Certified in Family Medicine and Geriatrics, demonstrating her commitment to delivering comprehensive and specialized care.
Roberto Andrade, MD
Infectious Diseases Team
Dr. Roberto Andrade is a highly skilled physician specializing in Infectious Disease and Internal Medicine. He graduated from the Universidad Católica de Santiago de Guayaquil Facultad de Ciencias Médicas in 1995, completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the Atlanta Medical Center in 2001, and pursued a fellowship in Infectious Disease at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston in 2003.
Janice Koshy, MD

Dr. Janice Koshy joined the group in 2019, she is born and raised in Houston, TX. She completed her undergraduate studies at Houston Baptist University, her medical school at Texas A&M in College Station and her internal medicine residency and infectious diseases fellowship at Baylor Scott and White in Temple, TX.
Amanda Garcia, ACNP

Amanda joined the group in 2016, graduated from University of Texas Health Science Center, Houston Texas, with extensive experience in acute care, including emergency room and Hospital care Amanda is a Nurse Practitioner with 20+ years’ experience, including 17 years in Acute-Emergency care and 4 years in Infectious Diseases.
